What is Mouseflow?
Located both in Redmond, Washington and in Copenhagen, Denmark, Mouseflow is one of the leading companies offering session replay / website user recording tool. Lasse Schou is the CEO and founder.
The main features of Mouseflow are:
- Performs advanced web analytics (specifically heatmap analytics)
- Works in real time
- Offers filters for ease of analysis
Mouseflow Review: What Does this Session Replay Tool Offer You?
Mouseflow records full user sessions, tracking their website mouse activity, scroll behavior, and clicks. The online session replay tool can take large amounts of data and break down the numbers for you for advanced web analytics at a reasonable price. It enables you to live stream people on your site with a website recorder and figure out which experiences on your website are frustrating (and not) for users.
Use this information to strengthen the online experience you provide to your target audience as well as make more money because web pages won’t be off-putting to users. We would be remiss in our Mouseflow review not to mention that you can track how the website works cross browser and on different operating systems. And using several heatmap tools can provide you with deep insights into how users relate to your website.

Features: Heatmap Tools, Mouse Tracking, and More - Mouseflow Review
By using Mouseflow as a mouse tracker, drawing on its visual insights, and utilizing its heatmap tools, you can achieve many benefits. For example, you can improve how users interact with your website, increase the conversion rates, and pump up sales. The product is supported by many devices, from Mac, Windows, and Linux to web-based, mobile app, and Windows phone, making it very versatile.
Regarding its heatmap tools, there are many to make use of, including click, scroll, and movement heatmaps. As for analysis, there is in-page, link, form, funnel, usability, and drop-off analysis. For example, funnel analytics let you see how users act from page to page. Additional features in the comprehensive session replay software are keystroke logging, trend report, and performance testing.
The dashboard gives you an overall view of the statistics, divided into the two main sections of “Recent Recordings” and “Popular Heatmaps.” You can flip between your pages and your heatmap tools with just one click, which is very convenient. The layout is responsive too, meaning you can resize its window to alter how the information looks to you.
You can even integrate Mouseflow with third-party software you already use or have been meaning to add to your business system. The session replay tool integrates with chat software like Zopim and Olark, as well as the survey software Qualaroo, to name just a few.
Mouseflow offers a free plan, as well as three packages (Starter, Growth, or Pro), and custom enterprise plans. It works on a subscription model. Here is an overview of the paid plans:
Starter plan - $29/month (paid monthly) or $24/month (paid annually). This package includes 2,500 recorded sessions per month for 1 website, and 1 month of storage.
Growth plan - $99/month (paid monthly) or $79/month (paid annually). It includes 10,000 recorded sessions per month for 3 websites, and 2 months of storage.
Pro plan - $399/month (paid monthly) or $299/month (paid annually). The package covers up to 30 websites, 100,000 recorded sessions per month, and 3 months of storage.

Who is Mouseflow Ideal and Best for?
Small and mid-size organizations stand to benefit from Mouseflow, as do large enterprises. Government branches, non-profits, and freelancers can also reap benefits from features that include website mouse tracking and heatmap analytics.
The session replay tool is one that marketers, product groups, and people wanting to increase conversions can consider adding to their repertoire. Mouseflow is available in many languages other than English too, including French, Japanese, German, and Swedish, so companies around the world can make use of it.
Free or Paid Subscriptions?
There are many plan choices, depending on the number of websites and depth of analysis you want to achieve. The free-forever plan is good if, for example, you have no extra funds as a freelancer but want to get a few insights into usability or web analytics.
But if you want to record a significant number of sessions, you’re going to have to upgrade to at least the Starter package. For a mid-size or large business, the Growth package would be the minimal one you would want to use because of its higher number of recorded sessions (5x the Starter package) for only about $50 more a month.
As for how pricing compares to other session replay tools, our Mouseflow review indicates the Mouseflow Starter package is cheaper than Inspectlet’s Micro version, with double the recorded sessions per month. In other words, Mouseflow is better value for a small business looking for a mouse tracker and heat tools. In a second comparison, this time to Visitpath, Mouseflow offers a range of packages while Visitpath only offers one price of $98 per domain. There is more flexibility with Mouseflow pricing.
Mouseflow Review: Pros and Cons
We like that Mouseflow is easy to set up. Within 45 seconds of having the product, you can be looking at live users’ behaviors. Which takes us to the next benefit of this session replay tool. It uses real life behaviors, not mock scenarios. Therefore, you can make more accurate business decisions than with hypothetical situations.
Also, you can capture a wide range of user behavior, from start to finish, thanks to features that include the mouse tracker and assorted heatmaps tools. You can get an in-depth view of every web page you own with the Mouseflow tracking abilities, from the clicks to mouse movements. Even the small details of user behavior are shown on your dashboard.
But, a downfall is that you will have to go to a higher plan than the Starter package if you have more than one website and each plan limits the number of sessions you can watch in the month. If you end up getting a huge boost in site visitors, you might not be able to track their sessions if you have reached your plan’s maximum viewing amount.
Session Replay: Special Features
We think it is helpful how Mouseflow offers a live filtering feature to give you a real-time look at the data to optimize your website immediately. Sifting through a lot of data is complex and making sense of it, so that you can boost conversion rate, is much easier with the robust filters.
You can also use the filters to compare previous visitor behaviors to current ones, so you can determine if your website changes are for the better and the impact on your business. Plus, you can share the data with your team by filtering it, saving the results, and then simply sharing it through your dashboard with them.
We want to point out the usefulness of the heatmap tools too. Look at click locations, mouse activity, and scroll depth with the heatmaps analysis. You can find out how they fill out forms on your website, navigate your web pages, and more. Determine if you are getting the desired interaction from website visitors and, if not, how to improve the numbers collected by Mouseflow.
Also helpful are the blog posts through Mouseflow.com that provide helpful tips on using the session replay tool and growing your business or strengthening your marketing campaign. We recognize this feature is an extra; not all competitors put the energy into creating original blog content for their customers.
How is Mouseflow Customer Support?
There is a Support Center at Mouseflow that acts like an FAQ page, except that you type your question into the search bar for a more interactive experience. Also, Mouseflow is reachable by phone in several countries aside from the U.S. and by email. There are many ways to reach the company, depending which one is most comfortable for you.
Mouseflow Review Conclusion
Record your website visitors easier and more in depth than before with the Mouseflow session replay tool. While you will likely have to go for more than the free plan, it is worth the investment (if you have the budget) for upping conversion rates and improving user experiences with your website. Use the mouse tracking and heatmaps tools to get valuable data that you can see clearly on your dashboard, especially with the unique filters.
Lucky Orange Review – Heatmaps, Visitor Recordings
Its main features are:
- Accurate heatmaps analysis
- Affordable prices
- Live Polls
Lucky Orange is designed to provide in-depth information on how users are interacting with a certain website, web pages, app, between operating systems, and more, primarily through heatmaps tools and mouse tracking. But, does it meet user expectations? Find out in this Lucky Orange review.
Who is the Lucky Orange Session Replay Tool Ideal For?
Lucky Orange goes beyond what standard web analytics can provide you. So, if you want to learn why website or app visitors are frustrated and quickly leaving your platform without buying anything, you’ll probably want to try the session replay tool.
The features of Lucky Orange intend to help you to optimize your sites or apps to boost conversion rates. This means that a developer and UX/UI expert can benefit from the session replay tool, as can websites that focus on e-commerce, performance, or social, as well as news and media sites.
Lucky Orange Review: What You Need to Know
Lucky Orange gives you a real-time analysis of every visitor that comes to your websites or web apps. It automatically records every visitor to your platform. Through your dashboard, you can filter and segment recordings to see exactly where visitors are dropping off and why.
The toolkit offers you ways to improve and monitor web performance by recording visitors’ complete sessions. You can then see engagement, abandonment, and conversion rates, learn more about click rate through heatmap analytics, use the mouse tracker to find out mouse movements, and more. You can even chat live with the team to get customer support easily.
Session Replay Features & Benefits
The all-in-one session replay software features a dashboard for monitoring the activity of site visitors in real-time, as well as heatmaps tools, conversion funnels, and form analytics. In conducting our Lucky Orange review, we noted that the dashboard feature is easy to use; it records visitor activity and then you can play it back anytime you want to do so. You also get a real-time visitor map that tells you exactly when a visitor is on your platform and how many are there are the present moment; see this information on your dashboard.
The heatmaps analysis feature gives you details about clicks, activity (via a mouse tracker), and scroll. You can see which web pages get the most activity, how deeply people are scrolling through your pages, and more, so you can understand better the effectiveness (or ineffectiveness, as the case may be) of your website or app. Adjust web page elements based on what the heatmap tools report to you via the dashboard to improve conversions.
Form analytics of Lucky Orange gives you information on the effectiveness of your forms. Find problems within the forms that you might not have otherwise seen and modify each part of the form to achieve optimal conversion for your visitors. You can even see in your dashboard how long it takes for users to complete your forms.
Another feature of the session replay tool is conversion funnels. Create these funnels to figure out how visitors interact with your website or app, such as how they use the checkout process. The information can tell you the reasons why visitors are abandoning your platform so you can make the appropriate modifications.
Lucky Orange also integrates well with a number of third-party platforms. You can install it in Google Tag Manager, Shopify, Magento, Bigcommerce, WordPress, Drupal, Blogger, and Weebly, to name just a few. You can also arrange with Lucky Orange to get an expert install service.
Unique Features of Lucky Orange
In this Lucky Orange review, we want to highlight the chat feature as few other website recorders offer this ability. You can chat with visitors via your dashboard in real-time, while they are active on your website. It gives you the opportunity to chat directly with visitors. We like the responsiveness of the chat feature and that you can even set up multiple operators to deal with chat requests.
Live polls is another great feature that competitors like Inspectlet and Mouseflow do not offer in their plans. With Live Orange, you can create survey polls quickly that give you amazing insights fast. The choices on the polls are easy for your site visitors to see and you can even limit the polls to certain countries or specific pages of your site. In particular, we like that the poll results come up in real-time as visitors submit their answers! There’s no waiting around for the results.

What We Like about Lucky Orange
An obvious pro is the beautiful, highly accurate heatmaps that come from the heatmap analysis. They are simple to understand too, which is great if you get a headache trying to understand a ton of numbers. The mouse tracker gives you information about clicks, scrolls, and other mouse movements that you want to know about so you can lower abandonment rates and get visitors more interested in your site or app.
With the heatmap tools, mouse tracking ability, conversion funnels, and more, you can design better pages based on visitors’ experiences with your sites. As we mentioned earlier, we appreciate the chat feature that enables you to reach out to live visitors, and also you can send them polls.
We also like the affordable pricing models, given the many quality features that Lucky Orange offers its clients. It is obviously good value.
Also, if you have an issue with the software as a client, you can easily reach out to the Lucky Orange team through the live chat. So, you are always getting the most out of what you pay for in your plan and can ask questions as use the service, if necessary.
Lucky Orange Review: The Drawbacks
Of course, no session replay tool is perfect. There is no free plan, unlike with competitor Mouseflow. For a company with a meager budget, which ironically Lucky Orange LLC had at its beginning, the cost of even the most basic plan may not be financially doable. The benefit of offering a free plan would be that clients get to try out Lucky Orange services for themselves and then they might upgrade to a paid plan as the company grows. However, this freebie option is not a reality, just a suggestion
Also, the Starter plan leaves much to be desired. It only lets you track one site with two chat members to assist you. Most clients will have more than one site by the time they are looking for a session replay tool to provide them additional details about visitor behavior.
Another drawback is that the issue of mobile versus desktop does not yet seem to be differentiated by the heatmaps tools. In the dashboard, the heatmap graphics seem to be identical for both views.
Session Replay Customer Support
There are many ways to contact Lucky Orange. There is an online contact form, phone number, or live chat feature. Interestingly, we could not find an email address to contact them, unlike with competitor Mouseflow, where email communications are encouraged. You can also use the Lucky Orange FAQ page, Feature Guides, and Installation Guides to get you started making the most of the session replay tool.
Lucky Orange Review Conclusion
There are many great features available within low-price plans at Lucky Orange. While there is no free plan, the packages available are high value as they include heatmap analysis, website mouse tracking, funnel conversion, live chat, and form analysis, so you can find out more about how visitors interact with your websites or apps. Gain in-depth information about visitors and even communicate with them in real-time, giving you an accurate picture of what is not working on web pages and apps so you can improve on them.
Inspectlet Review – Session Recording
Inspectlet Company Info
Inspectlet was founded in 2011 and since then more than 40,000 websites use Inspectlet to record website user sessions.
While Inspectlet is lagging behind its competitor Mouseflow, which has helped about 20,000 more clients to date, Mouseflow had a two-year head start with its inception in 2009.
The three main features of the session replay tool of Inspectlet are:
- Detailed heatmap analysis
- Highly affordable
- Ease of integration with HTTPS, AJAX, and more
Ideal For Almost Any Website / Who Can Benefit From Inspectlet?
This software is beneficial for anyone who wants to understand the behavior of their target audience better, across a range of devices and OS platforms. Use Inspectlet to determine and contract user experiences across between different operating systems and via mobile devices or desktop computers.
E-commerce and performance websites, as well as news, media, and social site owners, all stand to benefit from Inspectlet. For website owners, developers, marketers, and UX/UI experts, Inspectlet offers features to make your tasks simpler and also give you accurate data you might otherwise not achieve. While you can use Google Analytics to see what is happening on your site or app, adding Inspectlet to your software lineup helps you determine why it is happening.
For each visitor to your site, you can see on your dashboard IP address, session length, starting page, referrer, and last activity. See recorded website mouse tracking and detailed heatmap analysis of clicks, scrolls, and more. Many devices are supported, including Windows, web-based, Mac, Linux, Windows Phone, and mobile web app.
Inspectlet Review: How Effective is it?
Inspectlet is meant to help organizations better understand the intentions of people visiting their website or web app and improve on it given the detailed insights. In conducting this Inspectlet review, our goal was to determine how well this session replay tool meets its objectives. Here are our findings:
Review of Inspectlet Features
Inspectlet offers heatmaps tools, website recorder, and playback function, as well as profound funnel and form analyses. For example, the conversion funnels for pages of your choice enable you to track where potential conversions drop off and drive up conversion rates.
We like that you can seamlessly use Inspectlet with HTTPS, AJAX, and single-page apps as a developer, making your project simpler. There are no complex tweaks necessary to use this feature as it is available straight out of the box. The session replay tool is compatible with AngularJS, Ember, React, Backbone, and more. Integrate it with HTTPS, SSL, AJAX, dynamic DOM manipulation, and cookies, as well as login and authentication technologies.
You can see view videos of visitors to your website or client’s site (or app) through the Inspectlet dashboard, including mouse tracking of movement, click, scroll, and keypress activity. Through screen capture and heatmaps tools, you can see at a glance what works on the website or web app at a glance, such as what a user clicked and expected to be a link. Then you can make adjustments based on the real user activity. Inspectlet offers heatmap analysis of scrolls and clicks, as well as tracking users’ eye movement.
The dashboard is secured via your login password, so you have the privacy you want as a developer, marketer, or business owner. View and download session recordings as you want to share with your team and generate heatmaps tools for responsive pages to give you more data. You can see an example of the dashboard for yourself on the Inspectlet homepage.
However, we find that Inspectlet’s services are more limited than some competitors. For example, Inspectlet does not offer real-time chat, surveys, or polls, unlike Lucky Orange. Inspectlet offerings are similar to Mouseflow. But, Inspectlet is cheaper than many other session replay tools on the market, which puts it back in the running as a viable option.
Inspectlet Review - Pricing
In doing our research for this Inspectlet review, we note that the pricing is highly affordable for what you get, giving you excellent value. The conversion funnel analytics that you get with the Startup plan and higher plans is a feature that marketers, business owners, and developers will appreciate as you can see the entire conversion path from the beginning and where your conversions are being lost.
If you want form analytics, you will want to invest the $149 per month in the Growth plan. With this feature, you can track several metrics on your online forms, seeing how they perform and user interactions with each input box on the form, such as hesitation, through a mouse tracker.
While it is nice to know that there is a free plan, the majority of clients will want to upgrade to at least the Micro plan to get a substantial number of recorded sessions per month. Otherwise, you will easily get frustrated by the limit of 100 recorded sessions per month of the free plan.
List of Inspectlet Plans and Pricing
There are six plans available in total, offering you a smorgasbord of choices to meet your business size and needs. The plan offerings are similar to Mouseflow and are easier to understand on the Inspectlet website than with competitor Visitpath.
All Inspectlet plans include basic features of playback session recordings, heatmaps analysis suite, compatibility with dynamic sites, mobile device support, email support, and HTTPS/AJAX support. The Inspectlet plans and pricing are:
Free plan: $0/month, 100 recorded sessions/month, 1 website, 1 month of storage, and basic features (see above)
Micro plan: $39/month, 5,000 recorded sessions/month, 1 website, 2 months of storage, and basic features
Startup plan: $79/month, 25,000 recorded sessions/month, 3 websites, 3 months of storage, basic features, and extras (download session recordings, manage multiple account users, conversion funnel analytics, and email support)
Growth plan: $149/month, 50,000 recorded sessions/month, 10 websites, 6 months of storage, basic features, all Startup plan features, plus extras (targeting controls, API access, and in-depth form analysis)
Accelerate plan: $299/month, 125,000 recorded sessions/month, 20 websites, 12 months of storage, basic features, Growth plan features, and phone support
Enterprise plan: Price determined by contacting Inspectlet/month, infinite recorded sessions/month, infinite websites, infinite months of storage, and all features in every other plan
About Inspectlet Customer Support
In looking over the Inspectlet plans, though, which you can peruse above, we noted that customer support is lacking for plan members. Phone support is not an included feature until the Accelerate plan, which is the second-highest option.
While email support is a basic feature of each plan, we think that from Micro onward there should be included phone support for the paying customer. In our opinion, phone support is a basic element of good customer service.
For nonsubscribers, you do have access to Inspectlet via email too or via Twitter. However, we see that they do not update their Twitter feed daily, unlike bigger companies. Also, we think that plan members should have more contact options than nonsubscribers who are not spending their valuable money on the session replay product. Competing companies Lucky Orange and Mouseflow both offer phone support to their existing and potential clients.
Are There Special Features?
We also appreciate that Inspectlet offers blog posts with valuable information about how to best use its features. Not all session replay companies offer this feature; Lucky Orange, for example, does not do so.
Inspectlet Review Conclusion
Overall, Inspectlet is easy to use and provides in-depth information on what your audience is doing on your site or app, using a quality mouse tracker, heatmaps tools and more. While its customer support leaves much to be desired in comparison to the competition, and surveys and polls are not included features, Inspectlet does provide great value for the money. It is less expensive than many other session replay offerings, yet still helps you understand your customer better with real-time analysis to boost conversion rates and enjoy additional benefits.
Hoverowl Review – Session Replay/Heatmaps Tool
Hoverowl Company Profile
The company and its session replay software share the same clever name. The privately-held business was founded in 2014 by Chris Favaloro. Hoverowl LLC is based in Tampa, Florida, and is active socially on Facebook and LinkedIn.
In conducting our Hoverowl review, we noted that the company had no About page on its website. In comparison, competitor Inspectlet offers a company page that provides information and even headshots of its team.. However, we realize that Hoverowl puts its quality software at the forefront and wants the powerful features to speak for themselves, which is likely why they omitted the webpage. Ultimately, it is the product’s usability that counts the most.
Top Hoverowl Features
The main features of Hoverowl are:
- Insightful heatmaps tools
- Low pricing
- Powerful conversion funnels
The on-page analytics software provides valuable visitor recordings through mouse tracking and heatmaps tools. Create conversion funnels and replay recorded sessions of visitors to get a deeper understanding of how they behave on your website. These features offer data insights you could not get anywhere else as to why your visitors are not converting into customers, as well as what is annoying people about your site or app.
Also, Hoverowl conveniently integrates with several third-party applications. It integrates with Shopify, Google Analytics, and Google AdWords, as well as Lander, Unbounce, and Pagewiz.
Who is the Session Replay Software Meant and Ideal for?
Hoverowl is great for many types of business people who want to increase ROI and sales. For example, marketers and eCommerce website owners will appreciate being able to tap into visitor recordings, heatmap analysis, and website mouse tracking to optimize web pages and app features for better conversion rates.
Developers, UX experts, and UI professionals will also benefit from the in-depth insights gained through heatmap analysis, with all data results showing up conveniently in one location on the Hoverowl dashboard. In addition to eShop owners benefiting from data collecting through mouse tracking and heatmaps tools, website owners in the performance, social, news, and media sectors also stand to improve their sites by using Hoverowl.
Benefits of Hoverowl Features
The session replay software provides you heatmap analysis to view exactly where people are clicking and hovering with their mouse on your website or web app and what they are ignoring too. Use this information to enhance your web pages, including the homepage, content forms, checkout process, and more.
Keep visitors on your site longer and encourage them to buy products and services while they are there, all by knowing their mouse hovers and clicks, as well as keyboard strokes, via your Hoverowl dashboard. As a result of the fixes you make based on the data, watch the sales for your online shop or another type of platform grow steadily along with the size of your business.
Hoverowl is a great mixture of business intelligence and powerful analytics. For example, on your dashboard, simply define your conversion funnel and use the session replay tool to understand why visitors are abandoning your site. Are they annoyed by the checkout process, not seeing a certain button, or is something else the problem?
Determine why visitors are not converting into customers and make changes now to optimize conversion. The heatmaps tools, in particular, have the potential to drive sales through the visual analytics that result. Understand behavior of your target audience better by viewing their behaviors as they use your site.
Have confidence in what you see in the recorded sessions too. The people that Hoverowl records through its mouse tracker are real users do not know you are watching them as though you are standing over their shoulders. Get genuine mouse movements from them to fix whatever is keeping them from not buying from you right now.

Enterprise Owl plan – $249 per month or $187 per month (paid annually). This top-tier plan includes unlimited recordings, unlimited heatmaps, 25 websites, unlimited active pages, SSL recording, 1-year recording storage, and email support
What We Like About Hoverowl
In particular, we like that the session replay software offers you the opportunity to watch how visitors interact with your website or web app. You can even see through your dashboard how their experiences differ by OS. You can also make comparisons between mobile devices and desktop PCs with Hoverowl, unlike with competitor Lucky Orange, where heatmap analysis seems to be identical in the dashboard for mobile and desktop.
Also, we appreciate that Hoverowl offers free and paid options, which every session replay provider does not do. With a free 14-day trial, a startup has the opportunity to try out the software’s features for themselves. Also, everyone likes getting something for free so a free plan can give Hoverowl more exposure than Lucky Orange, for example, which does not offer a free plan.
Getting started is fast too. Once you sign up for a plan, you can get into your account and begin using the mouse tracker and heatmaps tools within only 60 seconds.
For the price, we like that the session replay company offers reduced pricing options to organizations who can pay annually instead of month to month. A lower cost is always welcome. The pricing is more affordable than competitor Mouseflow, so if you are price-conscious then you will want to take note. For example, the Snowy Owl plan offers 15,000 recordings for $19 per month when paid annually, while Mouseflow’s Starter plan is $24 per month for only 2,500 recordings.
Limitations of The Session Replay Tool - Hoverowl Review
Our Hoverowl review would not be complete without discussing the shortcomings of the product, althought there are only a few. Hoverowl is lagging well behind competitor Inspectlet in the session replay market. Inspectlet is used by more than 40,000 clients, which is significantly higher than Hoverowl. Of course, Inspectlet launched about three years before Hoverowl, so perhaps the latter one simply needs more time to grow.
Also, we noticed that there is no personalized plan available at Hoverowl. This limitation is also true of competitor Visitpath, while Lucky Orange does offer custom plans at the Enterprise plan level.
What is Unique about Hoverowl
We realized as we conducted our Hoverowl review that one of its most powerful features is its website usability tools. From your dashboard, you can easily conduct website usability testing. Every visitor’s movements are tracked during session recordings as they hover, click, zoom and scroll.
As a result, you can get a deeper understanding of usability testing in real-time with the website mouse tracking tool. For eCommerce websites to blogs, testing is important for understanding what motivates your customers.
Also, you can determine who are your best customers and why certain situations are driving them to spend more or discouraging them from making any purchases. With heatmaps analysis, you get usability testing that is simpler than before and easy to do from your dashboard.
Hoverowl Review: Customer Service
The Hoverowl customer support team is available by email for both free and paying clients, as well as people simply thinking about using their session replay tool. They are reachable via social media accounts too. We like that each plan includes unlimited email support, which is lacking at Lucky Orange. However, there is no phone number available, which is a drawback as some people prefer phone calls instead of email.
Conclusion of Hoverowl Review
Hoverowl has few limitations and is affordable. The session review tool is one of the major contenders for anyone who wants to find out more about why visitors are not converting into customers. Identify through a comprehensive dashboard what parts of certain web pages or apps need fixing to be less frustrating for visitors and boost conversion rates. Increase ROI and sales with insightful heatmap analytics and mouse tracking tools. Also, get mobile, tablet, and desktop PC recordings so you can compare visitor experiences in each situation and setup your account in under a minute.
